This is a lowkey & simple gym with consistent prices, clean facilities, a variety of equipment, and a friendly staff. When you don't want to commit to a gym franchise, SCF is a great alternative.

Pros: convenient location, nice selection of weights and cardio equipment. Rarely crowded when i'm there after work. Cons: it smells like pee and teenage boy sweat, even with all the doors open....

Super solid gym, with all the equipment you'll need to make some super sweet gains. It's got an indoor and an outdoor area, both of which have freeweights and plenty of space to do what you need...

Just joined. Great selection and friendly vibe for anyone at any level AND at a very affordable rate. However, I would pay more each month if it meant they had later hours. Fantastic neighborhood...
