It’s with misty eyes and a heavy heart that I am announcing a major transition for Samovar. On Sunday, July 19th, at 5PM, we ceased all cafe and restaurant operations. We have decided to enter a “hibernation” period until the current health crisis situation turns around. But this is NOT goodbye.
