SAMBODY, formerly Puma Fitness, made its unofficial debut in August 2012. Sam, the owner and founder, specializes in nutrition consulting and various levels of fitness training from bodybuilding to sports and physical therapy. With over 12 years of experience in the fitness and supplement industry, Sam has developed a particular affinity toward competition work and special events preparation.
