History
For almost twenty years, designer Sarah Borgeson has drawn inspiration from the rich worlds of art, fashion and nature to create her Santa Cruz-based jewelry line. A native Californian, Sarah creates her collections with an emphasis on versatility, color and texture to tell a story. As an artist with a formal education in sculpture from The Minneapolis College of Art and Design, Sarah's interest lies in challenging common interpretations of color and materials to create work that is bold in it's originality. Although Wild Iris Studio earned it's reputation from the sophisticated, colorful glass beaded designs its customers have come to rely on, Sarah's keen sense of style allows her to adapt quickly to her customer's needs.
