Beyond rude- no greeting no nothing. And disorganized. They also have wrong colors in the slots sometimes so make sure and check! Never coming back here again. The one in Koreatown is way...

Worst customer service by Patrick C . When I walked in I asked if he had knowledge with hair and he said he was a hairstylist because I'm attempting to go blonde currently I look like poison ivy...

Best salon centric I came across in LA, the staff is so helpful, I changed the formula on my hair and their guidance was the best! Let's just say I'm very happy with my results & will be back...
