Salon Rouge, established in 2003 in Thousand Oaks, CA, was founded by Lynn Davis to provide a new home for talented stylists facing unemployment after their previous salon closed unexpectedly. With a team experience of over 15 years, the salon has grown and evolved under Lynn's leadership.
In November 2018, Jules Owen, who joined as Salon Manager in 2013, acquired the salon, bringing over 25 years of experience in the hair industry. Together, Lynn and Jules continue to collaborate closely, with Lynn remaining on staff as the main esthetician and Jules managing daily operations.

Awful service. He barely knew how to cut hair. I didn't even get it dried or styled. Very disappointed.

Sometimes it's hard to find stylists for Indian hair, ask for Swati! She knows what she is doing.

Super cute place. The owner runs it and the service is excellent! Lots of parking. They have coffee, tea, water, beer and wine.
