Starting January 1, 2014 I.C.E. Beauty Salon and Spa establishment was carefully designed for the comfort and pleasure of the client. The walls are painted blue to give a cool calm relaxed vibe. The positive up lift affirmations were carefully selected to fit the I.C.E. motto. I.C.E. means Internal Cosmic Evolution. We internally go within to find the source of your stress cosmically change you, so you can evolve into a new you.
