Laura attended CofC studying Biology and Environmental Studies, finding a career as culinary gardener, and fine dining employee. In 2017, Laura completed the 600 hour program at Asheville School of Massage and Yoga, studying 12 varieties of classic and modern massage modalities. Soon after, she acquired training in neuromuscular therapy and myofascial release.
