If you are not flying business class, you can pay $40 to access the lounge when checking in at the counter. However with the limited food selections due to COVID-19, I don't think it's worth it....

Eating like a child is a hard pass. Chicken nuggets and 50¢ ramen-seriously? Frankly this lounge is an American insult to the Japanese traveler.
