It was so easy to work on the online portion at home at my pace. The testing center was clean and even though I had to redo some skills it was simple and the VAM was easy to work with!

So I think for CPRs it is much better to have an in-person instructor, the virtual instructor format gets confusing at times and my instructor (Marchielyn) wasn't very patient and I couldn't hear...

Clear instructions from start to finish, including parking, accessing the building, and completion of the skills training. Very effective and accessible for a busy schedule!!
