I scheduled a "date of death" appraisal with Steve, but he was a no-show. I called, he apologized and rescheduled. Then didn't show up again....said he had the date wrong. Would not recommend.

The appraisal that Sac Valley completed for a property that I own in the Sacramento was much lower than the reality of the current real estate market. The property that they used for a baseline...
