Franklin Community Library is a branch of the Sacramento Public Library and a school library for the students of the Franklin HS and Toby Johnson Middle School. With a friendly and knowledgeable staff, we offer programs, electronic resources, computers, Wi-Fi and, of course, books, CDs and DVDs.

Great place to borrow books to gain some knowledge and perspective. We love this library. The staffs are friendly, welcoming place to sit and read. They have reading time on weekends for kids.
