History

My name is Jeremiah I've been teaching music for 20 years. I am a flute and Certified Simply Music Piano Teacher. I studied at The Juilliard School. Simply Music is an innovative system that allows you to play a huge variety of music including classical, blues and jazz, composing, improvising, arranging and playing accompaniment. You will read and understand music through the lens of Simply Music's unique, 'playing-based' approach.

Is music important in your child's life? Is having an expressive child important? Would you like your child to have a Juilliard experience? I am a Juilliard grad. I offer simply music piano and conservatory style flute lessons. My piano students learn a huge variety of music including classical, blues, jazz, and contemporary while incorporating composing, improvising, arranging, and playing accompaniment. All of this is done through a unique 'playing-based' approach which results in understanding and reading music like never before. My flute students are high achieving musicians in the community. I draw upon my experience at the Juilliard School and playing under some of the world's finest conductors to give motivated flute students a rigorous and conservatory like experience. My students perform in the Sacramento Youth Symphony, California State Honor Bands and have gone on to Ivy League Schools.
