CSAC, also known as the California State Association of Counties, represents county government before the California legislature, administrative agencies and the federal government. Established in 1895, the organization is an association of more than 55 counties. It provides education to people about the value and need for county programs and services. CSAC participates in the spring and annual meetings of the National Association of Counties. It has a staff of over 30 full-time employees and has an annual operating budget of over $6 million. The organization publishes a weekly legislative bulletin during the legislative session and distributes it to more than 2,000 subscribers. HistoryI have been teaching voice lessons & directing musical theater for 28 years & I still love it as much today as the first day I sang with a new student. I provide a quality and constructive musical learning environment where every lesson is intended to help the singer discover their voice & learn how to use their body as an instrument for creating music. I provide vocal performance classes for children, teens & adults at the studio cottage Monday-Wednesday. I am also very blessed to teach voice & musical theater classes as well as direct musical theater for many community theaters in the Sacramento area. Over the past 20 years, I have been very honored to be nominated by S.A.R.T.A. 11 times for best musical direction in young peoples theater. I am very grateful for this recognition. I am even more grateful that I get to spend my time helping singers of all ages and skill levels, find and peruse their goals & ambitions in the arts.
