History

The end of a toxic relationship lead me to go through yoga teacher training. I knew I wanted to help other people like me find strength to leave their bad relationships sooner; yoga can give that strength and mental clarity. Since I started my yoga journey with hot yoga I learned the Bikram-method, and was also taught vinyasa, yin, and power fusion. I take various asanas and sequence them to fit the needs of the class and students. I also have a gymnastic and dance background and create yoga classes to enhance specific skills and become a better athlete or dancer. My mission is use yoga to focus thoughts, goals, and intensions and help people change their lives.
