I have bachelors degree from University of Central Florida 1999. I have been in the mortgage industry for 12 years. I have primarily worked at Lenox Financial Mortgage corp dba Weslend Financial for 10 of those years. I am federally licensed NMLS #67998 I have been in the sales side for all of those 12 years and have managed a large sale team during that time as well. I have a vast knowledge of underwriting guidelines and unique way of finding a home for troubled loans based on my knowledge of forever changing guidelines. In addition I can help with home improvement loans debt consolidation through using the equity in your home and I can help shorten the term of your current loan as result you can pay off your home sooner. I have the ability to do VA, USDA FHA, Conventional and Jumbo loans. In some cases we can go as low as 580 fico.
