We purchased a mini split unit from RVD. From day one we had a problem with the Freon leaking out. They would come and refill at no charge while under warranty but never attempted to fix the leak....

This company is lousy about following through with call backs. Not only do they not show up for their appointments but their overall service is extremely bad. Would give them a minus if I could.
