History

Owner Frank P. Russo always had a passion for landscaping. He started Russo's Landscape in 1973 and has driven it from the ground up. He is passionate about his work and takes great strides in taking his original landscapes to the next level. It was formed in San Diego, California and for the past 35 years has been located in the neighborhood of Rancho Penasquitos. Russo's Landscape is a custom design/installation landscape construction company. Serving mostly the greater San Diego area, our developments can be found from Newport Beach to San Ysidro. Frank Russo is one of a kind in his work aesthetics by taking a hands-on approach, controlling every aspect of the construction. It is our objective to supply our customers with not only an exclusive landscape design, but also the detailed excellence of work that will transform your home.
