Home Point Financial was established in 2014 with the acquisition of Maverick Funding Corp. Maverick originated over $3 billion of residential mortgages since 2012. Home Point is now a nationwide mortgage banking business focused on multi-channel residential mortgage origination and servicing.

As a mortgage advisor I offer a wide variety of competitively priced home loan products ranging from Conventional/JUMBO, FHA, VA, and many more. I also offer several rehabilitation loan programs as well. We are a direct lender & broker focusing on 1-4 unit residential properties. I also offer many specialty brokered programs that are unavailable at most banks. These include: Bank Statement Programs (requires no tax returns; for self-employed borrowers), Assets as Income, 90% Jumbo Financing with NO MI(80/10 Combo), Non Warrantable Condos, Interest Only Loans, 1yr Tax Returns (lite doc), Programs for minimal seasoning on Short Sales, Foreclosures, & Bankruptcy, Investor Loans (allows for unlimited properties financed).
