We stopped by Rubino Winery in Livermore about an hour before closing. Ordered a bottle of wine, cooled off inside for a bit, and our server was friendly enough--told us we'd need to move outside...

Cute winery with some shaded seating which is essential during the Tri valley summers! It was about a 3.5 star experience. The wine tasting here is a flight so all the drinks come out as once....

Really wanted to love this winery but it was not a hit for us. Usually we find 1 or 2 wines that we really enjoy and bring home with us but during this visit we didn't like any of our pours....
