RSI Yoga provides a variety of classes that will help clear the mind, optimize the body, and connect to the spirit. We are a sub-division of Repair Sports Institute and therefore work side-by-side with medical professionals and other alternative wellness providers, making your healing process as smooth as possible. We also specialize in transcendental meditation, a technique known to reduce insomnia, lower risk of heart attack and stroke, reduce anxiety and depression, reduce cortisol, normalize blood pressure, and provide a deep sense of peace throughout the day.
