History

I have been cooking at the Sunshine Saloon in Pleasanton for over 10 years and wanted to do something on my own. Over the years while at the Sunshine saloon, I have had several customers tell me about an event they had coming up and how they were not looking forward to cooking. Well a light came on. My first job was for a friend that was getting married. He was having his bachelor's party at at&t park. With a camp stove and my Monte Carlo packed with equipment & food headed out. They arrived just before game time, I had tri-tip, baked beans, Caesar salad, brownies & cookies waiting and a bag of peanuts for all. He still talks about it today. I have catered several weddings, family reunions as well as corporate parties. I have had food booths at many Livermore city events, Scottish games, downtown wine festival, 4Th of July celebration and children fair. Oh, by the way. I have a truck & trailer now, no more Monte Carlo!
