Have been waiting 5 weeks for a referral to Royo center,called prior to verify Healthnet Senority plus was taken for insurance. Referral sent from Dr, received by Royo, but stuck in insurance....

I used to go to Royo Eye for years with no problem. In the last week I have called 7 times and no one answered the phone. I left 4 messages with no call back. What is going on? Really disappointed...

Very well mannered, I would recommend to older people with a lot of patience patience is very true and nowadays we need a lot of of it. It's great to have good customer service.
