Rommy Shy, the firm's founder has always been passionate about Downtown Los Angeles and constantly seeks to imbue Royalty's clients with similar enthusiasm. Having lived in Downtown since 2004, Mr. Shy has seen the evolution of the area's revitalization and actively promotes the benefits of Downtown living to all Royalty clients. The consummate dreamer, he envisions a Downtown that will serve as a central hub for the greater Los Angeles area and be the premiere location in the city for work, play and living. Royalty's mission is to help ensure that DTLA becomes that place, one resident at a time.

Royalty Realty is a boutique residential real estate brokerage and investment firm specializing in selling, purchasing and leasing services for our clients in the Southern California market. Our expertise is in condominium sales, marketing and selling distressed assets, short sales and foreclosures and as real estate investment advisors. Since the firm's founding in October 2009, we have completed over 50 residential sales in the Downtown LA market and several in the surrounding Los Angeles area; many of them short sales and REO properties. As a small client-centered firm, we pride ourselves on providing our clientele with excellent service and retaining warm relationships even after closing transactions. Rommy Shy, the firm's President, has been involved with the Downtown Los Angeles real estate market for the last 11 years, formerly having served as Chief Manager of SB Properties.
