During COVID we have adult classes Intense Cardio Boxing: M/W at 6pm to 7pm. Royal Boxing Technique T/Thur at 5pm to 6pm. Royal Lifting M/W/F at 7:00pm to 8:00pm. Love this gym! The coaches are great with the kids! My kids love coming here. Everyone is so encouraging and pushes them to never give up!
