Roy M. Fujitani, MD

Dr. Christopher A. Kroner is a board-certified UCI Health family medicine physician who specializes in sports medicine and sports injury. His clinical focus is on comprehensive primary care and sports medicine for adults and children, with an emphasis on addressing the unique needs of each patient to ensure they stay healthy, active and happy.He earned his medical degree and a master's degree in public health at Tulane University in New Orleans, La. He completed a residency in family medicine and a fellowship in sports medicine at Harbor-UCLA Medical Center in Torrance, Calif.In additional to his clinical practice, Kroner serves as a team physician for the Anaheim Ducks and UCI Athletics. He also has worked with USA Water Polo and runDisney, as well as with a number of community colleges and high schools.

Dr. Crystal J. Jicha is a board-certified UCI Health neurologist who specializes in headaches and facial pain disorders, including migraines, cluster headaches, occipital neuralgia, trigeminal neuralgia, low- and high-pressure headaches. She is skilled in treatment procedures that include nerve blocks, trigger point injections, sphenopalatine ganglion blocks and Botox. Jicha earned her medical degree at the University of Kentucky College of Medicine in Lexington. She completed a residency in neurology at Albert Einstein College of Medicine/Montefiore Medical Center in New York City, where she served as chief resident. She then completed fellowship training in headache and facial pain at Montefiore Medical Center. Her research and professional interests include women's health, patient advocacy and healthcare for underserved populations.

Dr. Ali A. Naqvi is a UCI Health cardiologist who specializes in the diagnosis and treatment of heart disease. He works closely with patients to manage conditions such as hypertension, hyperlipidemia, coronary artery disease, heart rhythm abnormalities and heart failure. His clinical interests include cardiac imaging — specifically echocardiography and nuclear imaging — as well as cardio-oncology and heart disease prevention. He earned a combined medical degree and master's degree in public health from Tufts University School of Medicine in Boston, Mass. He completed an internship and residency in internal medicine at UCI Medical Center, where he also completed fellowship training in cardiovascular disease. Throughout his training, Naqvi has served in various leadership positions, including chief resident and the cardiology program's Fellow-in-Training (FIT) representative to the American College of Cardiology. He believes in taking a holistic approach to patient care, treating and educating them about their disease but also addressing its emotional toll. His passion is to make a positive impact on the lives of others and he strives to improve the quality of care he gives each patient. Naqvi, who also speaks Hindi and Urdu.
