History

rotiRoti truly has a humble beginning. I had been a stay-at-home mom for 10 years. At that time, I was ready to go back into the world of work but discovered that I had lost my passion to pursue any career moves related to my formal education. (I have a BSC in Computer Science and a minor in Mathematics). After months of pondering what I really wanted to do, I read somewhere that you should choose the job that you would be happy to do whether or not you got paid... It suddenly hit me there and then, that I had been 'performing' this 'job' most of my life!!! You see, I absolutely loved cooking and entertaining. My home was a hub for many friends to hang out and eat. My food always met with great and raving compliments. The very next week I prepared a menu and sent out a text to my friends. At the end of the day, I had 42 orders and made over $400. I knew I was on to something and rotiRoti Caribbean Cuisine was birthed. Try our food today. You won't be disappointed!!! :-)

We prepare a VARIETY of well-known foods however, our specialty is caribbean cuisine and feature specifically the food from Trinidad and Tobago. Our main product is dhalphourie roti, (caribbean burrito or wrap) but will also include curried meats, vegetables, rice dishes, jerked chicken and exotic drinks. In addition to providing authentic caribbean cuisine, our catering service will offer even more options for corporations and organizations seeking more exotic food options at their events and gatherings.
