The store is ok far as cleanness but they don't have good selections. The cashiers are always pleasant and the guards that stand by the door. The worst are the fake shoppers who watch you ....

The worst Ross customer service I have ever experienced. The store it self was very dirt and unorganized. The manager Lorena was useless and was not of any help at all. Overall worst experience...

I think it is the worst store regarding the attention of one employee in particular, terrible service, unfriendly customer policies

Horrible cashiers can't do their jobs right i asked associate: 209212 to do a return on some shoes I didn't want they did a return on another item I had on the receipt worth less then the shoes...
