THEY NEED MORE CASHIERS. People aren't lying when they say the lines are always LONG. Longer than at other Ross stores and only 1-2 cashiers at a time! Also, the store itself is somewhat outdated...

Service is horrible. Employees walking around talking and laughing, while there is a long line. One lady took 20 minutes just to ring up one person. HORRIBLE...worse Ross ever! Never coming back!
