Holiday hours open til 11. Doors were locked at 10:40. In my 25+yrs of retail that's a huge NO NO. What the ? That's a whole 20 min. All I need is ten. What happened to good customer service??

Really interesting to put ONE person at the register in a line of 15+ people (several with large quantities of items) and the line is still growing. MEANWHILE... there's 3 employees putting away...
