I'm a loyal Ross customer and usually have good experiences, but at the El Cerrito location my cart was removed while I briefly stepped away to use the bathroom. Other unattended carts were left...

This is the worst Ross I've been to. They make you queue outside supposedly to limit the number of shoppers at a time? Heavy security presence. That should have been my first cue to turn away. But...

15 people in line at 2pm on a Thursday afternoon because there's always only 2 cashiers. There's never a right time to shop here and the prices are too high for a Ross, especially the furniture...

Why the bad reviews? I love this store. Great finds in shoes, clothing, dishware....I could go on and on. It's a clean and well-stocked store and the employees are helpful and friendly.
