I am a senior and was so happy when told Tuesday is senior discount day. I can't remember how much the discount was but it was substantial and remember you have to ask for it to receive it .

It was nearly impossible to find any help. The poor cashier was by herself so the line was crazy. I realize that Ross' tend to be scattered and messy but this one was the worst I have ever seen.

Huge line waiting. The money they save by insufficient staffing is lost when customers turn around and walk out. A very poorly managed business.
