Rude rude rude. We put a shopping cart of items on hold-customer service girl said they could put our things on hold until the end of the night l/at closing-Cool...right up until we were leaving...

Bad reviews as manager. And worker harassing customers to open bags when they just paid making customers apear to have stolen something look at reviews on Ross site just unacceptable customers...

Terrible. Employees are great, but very sketchy clientele. I've had my car broken into and other incidents where my child and I were stalked by individuals. Addressed with management and security...
