What happened to Ross? Did they lose the manager that made sure this store was clean and organized? I walked in and there were a lot of merchandise on the floor. It was such a mess in there....

This Ross is in a great location. The store is a standard Ross. The layout is pretty much the same. It was clean. Prices were good. Service at check out was courteous.
