Some of the review are just plan ignorant. Roseville electric is way cheaper then PGE not even close. So any ways Had a great experience we had a problem with our power this morning roseville...

Holding my deposit hostage ...ugggh I been a customer for 5 years!!! I have to pay perfect for a year to get it back shady... billing is suspicious. I switched to led bulbs and my bill went up...
