Alexander Rose Elementary School enrolls more than 450 students in grades kindergarten through six, and is operated by the Milpitas Unified School District. It uses the California Standards Tests to evaluate students in English language arts and math. Its curriculum includes phonetic learning of English language, science, foreign language, social studies, mathematics and performing and visual arts. It also provides field trips and choir programs and various sports activities, including volleyball, basketball, football and softball. The elementary school has a fully equipped library and its parent-teacher association supports field trips and assemblies for students and helps teachers with classroom expenses. Alexander Rose Elementary School is located in Milpitas, Calif.

I had some very happy times at this school. As a child, I was so very proud of my 2nd grade teacher and her assistant. That was back when there were 1 teacher and 1 assistant for 20-30 students....
