He quickly became interested in the art of car upholstery and soon after the shop owner took him under his wing and began to teach him the craft. When Jose came to the states he was fortunate enough to work at a great shop that catered to customers that expected quality work. The high expectations set by the shop's customers drove him to provide superior customer service and perfect his upholstery skills. In 2000, with over thirty years of experience Jose opened Quality Auto Upholstery.
