Our story... Take one guy from the south, two parental advices (work hard and do what you love), three odd part time jobs, four years of culinary school, five maxed out credit cards, and you'll have a recipe for a Burger Barn that serves up awesome burgers. And then some! Our mission... Make some darn good, knee slapping, hooting and hollering burgers. Done. Our vision... Stick to the mission and earn the supporters' loyalty to spread the word (that means you bud). Then, on one fine sunny day a sit-down restaurant will appear and them down right dirty credit card bills (with blistering interest rates) will disappear. Good old fashioned hamburger and cheeseburgers that's wholesome and delicious without the fancy nonsense. Featuring fried mac & cheese!

I looked up the Rolling Burger Barn and the pictures really made me want to attended the food truck Saturday night just for this truck. What a mistake. Burger was nothing like they represented it....

All I can say is it was an amazing burger. The meat was great, the cheese was good grilled cheesy like and the brioche bun was soft. It was large enough that I couldn't eat the entire thing...
