History
Rojas Insurance had its genesis in June of 2016. Its founder, Rick Rojas, started working in the financial industry on December of 2007. Services provided included real estates acquisitions and sales, loans, income tax, preparation, and insurance sales. The affordable Care Act (ACA) brought about some changes to Rick's career in the financial services industry. Rick embraced the new law and the new opportunity to help people with their health insurance needs, including enrollments into the state's no/low cost medi-cal program. On October 15th, 2014 Rick began educating folks about the new law. He brought the message by way of educational events which he held in clinics, churches, schools, and other venues. On the first open enrollment year, 2014, Rick was able to help 327 people enroll into medical plans. From that time on, Rick knew that health insurance and the financial industry was his calling and on July 1st, 2016, Rojas Insurance & Financial was born.
