If you have an appointment at 3:15 expect to be sitting till 5:30 to be called that's 2 hour wait with appointment

I'm very disappointed every time we arrived to our visit we need to wait for an hour. What is the purpose of making an appointment.!! We have another appointments and now I have to reschedule.
