Rocky's Salon

History

For years Rocky wanted to open a salon. He worked both in Los Angeles, Sacramento, and Roseville. After working in a wide range of salons he decided to open his own place. From high end overpriced, to cookie cutter get you in and out of the door in 5 to ten minutes- Rocky understood that people deserved more. Rocky's wanted to give people a place to come in, pay a fare price, and leave looking great. Also he wanted the experience to be fun, not out of the box, and not snooty Beverly Hills. Presto...Rocky's.
