History

I began teaching private drum lessons when I left the classroom to go to graduate school. I enjoyed it so much that I decided to continue teaching private lessons and make this my full time employment. I have the best job in the whole world!

Specialties

For me, teaching drums is super fun! This is why my students are able to relax and just enjoy the process of learning. I have been teaching for over 20 years and have a master's degree in music education. I'm very confident in my ability and I teach to a variety of learning styles. When you first enter the studio you will find a welcoming and comfy waiting room where you will feel right at home. In the drum room there are high quality drums, cymbals and hardware, as well as great audio equipment. I really hope you will choose me as your drum instructor and learn just how cool playing the drums can be!
