We hit the tail end of the festival this year so maybe my perception of it isn't as accurate as it would have been if I'd arrived sooner....but my poor toes are still recovering from being run...

I'm not entirely sure what the purpose of Rock the Block was, outside of causing extra traffic into Half Moon Bay. We hadn't known Rock the Block was going on, but my dad and I were aiming to go...

Heads up. When the poster says "booths from local businesses" it does not mean local artisans selling their pottery, textiles and whatnot. This is a Chamber of Commerce trade show, nothing more....

I love this event! It's exactly was it say a block party not a street fair. Great fun for the whole family! I can't wait for next year.
