History

Rocinante studios started in San Francisco in Campbell's second room in the Mission. Campbell spent all his spare time working with local singers, involving recording and accompanying them at shows. The decision was made to run the studio full time, and expand in LA. Now, instead of a spare room, there is an external studio professionally sound treated with a custom made vocal booth.

Rocinante Studios is a recording studio on the border of Marina del Rey, Venice and Culver City. Specializes in singer songwriters recording demos and voice-over recording. Vocal booth for hire. Having worked with many amateur singers, we will provide a stress free patient environment, where we can help you reach your best potential in the studio. Making music should always be fun. We can help turn your song sketch into a full blown production, or record a great demo. Many songwriters don't have easy access to other musicians, or the funds to hire them. This is where Rocinante Studios can help out. We have a fantastic custom made vocal booth, and the space is treated by LA Sound Panels. Free 30 min consultation for recording and/or guitar lessons! Campbell has been teaching guitar for over 10 years, and places emphasis on the needs of the individual. E.g. learning to play guitar in order to sing a song, play rhythm in a band, play a favorite guitar solo, or write original music. You can also learn how to play harmonica at the same time! Appropriate theory will be taught alongside the actual playing. You'll get recording time bundled with the guitar lessons, so you can impress your friends with your progress. You can also use lesson time to record a professionally mixed video. Also, there's the option to have free videos of all your lessons.
