It's clean n quite nice and a really good accommodation. I rate it 7/10. Good for individuals . May get noisier at night, weed smells etc. get used to those things

Pros: Decent rent, close to campus, cheap laundry. Cons: Long maintenance wait, can be really dirty at times, very noisy at night.
