History

I graduated from Santa Clara Univ School of Law, Cum Laude, passed the bar the first time, and opened my office in downtown San Jose. I started with a general practice, including personal injury, criminal, family law, contracts, business, collection, landlord tenant, real estate, wills, and bankruptcy. I narrowed my practice over the next 10 years, and have almost exclusively handled personal injury cases for the last 32 years. I have never had a malpractice claim against me, and have no disciplinary record with the State Bar. Much of my business comes from referrals from former clients, other attorneys, and other professionals. My clientele is/has been racially, culturally, and economically diverse.

Personal Injury Attorney, representing people who are injured as a result of others' misconduct. I handle auto, motorcycle, bicycle, and truck/big rig accidents; falls from slipping/tripping; dog bite; sexual assault; and battery. The emphasis of my practice is on death and serious injuries (such as broken/fractured bones, spinal cord or disc, nerve, scars; head/brain injuries; and injuries requiring surgery to repair). Even if it appears the responsible party has no insurance, or not enough insurance, you should contact me to discuss the situation, before you try to resolve it yourself. If you are in the hospital or a rehab facility, or your injuries make it impossible for you to come in to my office, I will come to see you. Most cases are handled on a contingency fee basis, which means you don't pay me hourly fees. I receive a percentage of what I get for you.
