Calling in seems impossible. The recorded voice said my wait time is 5 minutes. Try more like 30 minutes not being able to get through. Crazy!!

Pushy sales for their membership and being a "VIP". I spent $180 on running shoes there, never wore them and brought them back to return for a refund, 14 days later. Policy is 30 days to return....
