Excellent service! I have difficult feet to fit shoes and they took the time to talk through my issues and suggest a better pair than trying to rush through in the Carlsbad store

Most customer service staff are knowledgeable about the running shoes and can tell you a lot about how you walk or run to help you find the best shoe that fits. Don't go with the look of the shoe...

Avoid at all costs. Once you cancel your "membership" which is an annual $50 fee they will lie about your order and you will never receive it. I ordered shoes with my "credit" never received them...
