Harassing tenants to pick up weeds and threatening to fine but the mobile homes are on property that's just rented space which usually should be maintained by riviera which is their property....

Encinitas is GREAT, this park is horribly run by the family that owns this park. They talk a good game, BUT they regularly change the rules as an example years back we were told any annual raises...
