Demo drives are available at this location, book yours now through our site.Rivian is an electric vehicle maker, and our Service Centers are where we provide service and maintenance. You can submit a service issue directly through the Rivian app or call the 24/7 Rivian Service Support Team. Our team of service advisors will set out the optimal repair plan to get you back on the road. The service center has a waiting room with Wi-Fi, water, and snacks. We were lucky enough to schedule a test drive for the R1 . Shannon was our very friendly and spirited Rivian expert . Arrived at our schedule time and was offered water and a tour of the space...

Paul were very nice without any pressure. But 2 strikes against RIVIAN, is uncomfortable plus glass top without slidable shade to block out hot sun in hot days. If RIVIAN want to sell more...

Love them. We are expecting our new Rivian in a few weeks. The folks at Rivian are customer focused in their service and response. Time is off the charts.
